Rachael Dolf, LISW

I provide individual counseling and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with a supportive, real-life approach—so you feel safe, understood, and equipped with practical steps toward healing and change.

My approach (what sessions feel like)

I understand both sides of the therapy experience. In addition to being a therapist, I’m also a human being—and I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, especially when stigma has been part of your journey.

My goal is to offer genuine support in a safe, non-judgmental space where we can:

  • Understand what’s getting in the way

  • Explore patterns with compassion and clarity

  • Identify practical steps toward healing and change

  • Create an environment that supports your unique growth (therapy is not one-size-fits-all)

Who I’m best for

You’ll likely work well with me if you want therapy that is:

  • Warm, supportive, and grounded

  • Practical and focused on real-life change

  • A collaborative space where you won’t be judged

  • Tailored to your needs not a generic checklist

Common focus areas

Rachael enjoys working with clients navigating:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Relationship struggles

  • Life transitions

  • Self-esteem concerns

  • And many other challenges that impact wellness and daily functioning

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Rachael offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in coordination with an outside prescriber/clinic. KAP services are private pay.
If you’re interested in KAP, we’ll start by reviewing goals, fit, and next steps to support preparation and integration.

What to expect

First session (60 minutes): We’ll focus on what’s bringing you in right now, what you want to be different, and how we can build a plan that fits you. You don’t need to have the “perfect words”—we’ll work together to create clarity and direction.

Ongoing sessions: We’ll continue building insight, coping tools, and practical change—at a pace that feels both safe and productive.

A little personal

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and learning alongside her toddler as she navigates parenting and raising the next generation. She enjoys reading and being outside (fair weather only!).
