How long are sessions?
Most therapy sessions usually last 45 to 60 minutes. This gives enough time to talk about your thoughts and feelings clearly while staying focused. The length balances deep discussion and being practical, so you can have meaningful conversations without feeling tired. If needed, session times can be changed to fit your needs.
Do we offer telehealth?
We offer convenient telehealth sessions to ensure you receive quality therapy from the comfort of your own home. Our secure virtual platform allows for flexible scheduling while maintaining confidentiality and personalized care.
What should I add to the contact form?
When you seek therapy, please share your insurance details to confirm coverage and make billing easier. Include your insurance provider, policy number, and any info about co-pays or deductibles. Also, briefly explain why you want therapy such as stress, anxiety, relationship problems, or personal growth. This helps your therapist better understand and support you.
Text messaging terms and conditions
By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS notifications, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided. You consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS, MMS) from us regarding your scheduled visits, service updates, offers, and other important notifications.
