We offer hybrid options (insurance + private pay). Below is what to expect, what we may need to verify benefits, and our current private pay rates.
Insurance
If we are in-network with your plan, we can bill your insurance. Your cost is determined by your specific benefits, such as:

Even when we are in-network, some clients may pay out-of-pocket at first if their deductible has not been met.

Before your first session (benefit verification)
If you provide your insurance details, we can attempt to verify benefits and give you a best estimate of expected cost.
Please note: benefit verification is not a guarantee of payment. Final responsibility is determined by your insurance plan and claim processing.
What we may ask for:
Insurance plan name and member ID
Date of birth
A copy/photo of the front and back of your insurance card
Whether you have met your deductible this year (if you know)
Private Pay Rates
Initial session (60 minutes): $210
Individual session (60 minutes): $185
Family session (60 minutes): $145
Couples session (60 minutes): $145
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (2-3 Hours): $185 per hour
Adult ADHD Screening + Treatment Plan (Private Pay)
Adult ADHD screening is often covered by insurance. Private pay options are also available.
ADHD screening appointment (60 minutes): $210
Conners CPT testing fee: $100 out-of-pocket
Additional sessions (60 minutes): $185 (as needed for feedback and treatment planning)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) (Private Pay)
KAP services are private pay.
$185 per hour
Sessions are typically 2–3 hours, once per week, for 6–8 weeks
(Provided in coordination with an outside prescriber who manages ketamine medically.)
Good Faith Estimate (Self-Pay)
A Good Faith Estimate will be provided for all self-pay clients prior to services, upon request and as required.
Superbills (Out-of-Network)
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your plan.

We accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 fee.
